BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before tax has improved 17.4% to RM189,000 as compared to the preceding year. Overall, sales performance and gross profit of the various business divisions have improved. With the Group’s healthy financial position, firm outstanding order books, strong network of dealers and distributors established over the past years, and our prudent management approach, the Group will endeavor to weather the storm amidst this volatile and uncertain global economic environment. In line with the Group’s strategic and competitive competencies, the Group will continue navigating into new distribution channels to reach out to a wider base of customers and end-users, and will explore for suitable new products that provide industrial solutions to fulfill users’ needs
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded higher revenue of RM6.05 million for the current quarter under review, improved by 2.7% compared to RM5.89 million reported in the immediate preceding quarter, mainly due to higher revenue from the Bathroom Products Division. The Group recorded higher profit before tax of RM0.27 million for the current quarter, compared to a profit before tax of RM47,000 in the immediate preceding quarter, mainly due to lower other operating expenses incurred.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded lower revenue at RM5.89 million for the current quarter under review, declined by 3.6% compared to RM6.11 million reported in the immediate preceding quarter, mainly due to lower sales in Power Tools Division and Electric Motors Division. The Group recorded lower profit before tax of RM47,000 for the current quarter, compared to a profit before tax of RM330,000 in the immediate preceding quarter, mainly due to the one-time loss on disposal of Jasa Bonded Warehousing Sdn Bhd in the current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded lower revenue at RM6.11 million for the current quarter under review, a 1.1% decline compared to RM6.18 million reported in the immediate preceding quarter, mainly due to supply chain disruption, which has resulted in a delay in receipt of goods by the Hand Tools Division.The Group recorded lower profit before tax of RM330,000 for the current quarter, compared to a profit before tax of RM722,000 in the immediate preceding quarter, due mainly to the write back of provisions on slow moving inventories in the preceding quarter by the Bathroom Products, Tools and Motor Divisions.

The Group recorded profit before tax of RM722,000 for the current quarter, compared to a loss before tax of RM176,000 in the immediate preceding quarter, due mainly to stock clearance exercise which resulted in the write back of provisions on slow moving inventories in Bathroom Products, Tools and Motor Divisions.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported higher revenue at RM6.27 million for the current quarter under review, representing a 35.1% or RM1.63 million increase compared to RM4.64 million reported in the immediate preceding quarter. Higher revenue were attributable to the Bathroom Products Division, Power Tools Division and Electric Motors Division. Despite the higher revenue achieved, the Group reported higher loss before tax of RM176,000 for the current quarter, compared to a loss before tax of RM159,000 in the immediate preceding quarter, due mainly to higher commission payments.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported higher revenue at RM4.64 million for the current quarter under review, representing a 16.1% or RM0.64 million increase compared to the immediate preceding quarter of RM4.0 million. Higher revenues were reported from the Hand Tools and Electric Motors Divisions, mainly due to delivery of back orders to customers following the upliftment of the Full MCO restriction. In tandem with the higher revenue achieved, the Group reported a lower loss before tax of RM159,000 for the current quarter, compared to a loss before tax of RM226,000 in the immediate preceding quarter
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group suffered a loss before tax of RM226,000 for the current quarter, compared to a profit before tax of RM366,000 in the preceding quarter which was due to the write back of provisions on slow moving inventories, following the Management’s success in the stock clearance exercise.

Group’s turnover declined 53.7% to RM3.24 million for the current quarter as compared to RM7.01 million for the preceding quarter. Declined turnover was mainly due to the continued implementation of the MCO and CMCO in the current quarter.

Group’s turnover declined 11.6% to RM7.01 million for the current quarter as compared to RM7.93 million for the preceeding quarter. Decreased in turnover was mainly due to lower sales from hand tools and electric motors division in the current quarter.

Group’s turnover lower by 1.9% to RM7.93 million for the current quarter as compared to RM8.08 million for the preceding quarter. However, losses before tax was reduced by 41.2% to RM0.84 million as compared to RM1.43 million for the preceding quarter. Turnover decreased mainly from automotive batteries division and power tools division. Lower losses were mainly due to business reorganisation of automotive batteries division in preceding quarter.
