BURSA MALAYSIA –
PBT increased by RM25.3 million or 26.4%, reaching RM121.4 million in FYE 2023, compared to RM96.1 million in FYE 2022. The better performance in FYE 2023, as compared to FYE 2022, was primarily due to the higher progressive recognition from the on-going development – Bloomsvale at Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur, as well as sales of completed properties, particularly Straits Residences at Seri Tanjung Pinang, Penang. The Hospitality segment growth was mainly contributed by higher room occupancy rate, average room rate, and increased business volume resulting from the reopening of international borders. The Group remains cautious about new launches as we continue to strengthen our business recovery plan for the future. We are planning to launch new residential properties with an approximate Gross Development Value (GDV) totaling RM395 million. The Group is currently working on a new 4-star hotel, namely Courtyard by Marriott, Kuala Lumpur South at Bloomsvale. The hotel is scheduled for completion in the financial year ending 31 March 2024

The hospitality segment also generated revenue and profit due to higher hotel occupancy and average room rates during the transition to endemic phase.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a higher profit after tax of RM21.20 million for the current quarter, representing an increase of RM0.22 million as compared to the immediate preceding quarter, mainly contributed by property development segment. The subsequent impact of HOC has resulted in higher revenue being recognised

BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM67.82 million for the current quarter as compared to RM79.72 million for the immediate preceding quarter. BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM79.72 million for the current quarter ended 31 March 2021 as compared to a revenue of RM108.70 million for the immediate preceding quarter ended 31 December 2020.
