BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a higher loss after tax of RM15.9 million in the current financial year ended 30 June 2024 compared to a loss after tax of RM14.4 million in the preceding year, mainly due to decrease in other income as there was a reversal of impairment loss allowance on property development costs RM6.2m in the preceding year. Going forward, in Plantations segment, The Group targets to achieve higher planted hectarage progressively which requires it to focus on the 3 pronged strategy of securing the Hak Guna Usaha, socialisation and eventual planting. The Group will endeavour to raise the necessary funding to achieve the success of this strategy. Notwithstanding this, the Group expects higher FFB production in the coming years as it increases planted areas, as well as its palms attaining higher maturity age.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a higher revenue of RM35.4 million for the current quarter compared to RM16.8 million in the preceding quarter. The improved performance was mainly attributed to higher contribution from sale of property development units in Penang as well as the increase in volume of FFB production and slightly increase in average FFB selling price from plantation segment recorded in the current quarter. As a results of higher revenue, the Group recorded a lower loss after tax of RM1.1 million in the current quarter compared to loss after tax of RM6.2 million in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower loss after tax of RM6.2 million in the current quarter compared to loss after tax of RM23.6 million in the preceding quarter, which included impairment loss of prepayment of land use rights and other receivables amounting RM7.2million and RM8.8 million respectively.

As a results of lower revenue generated, impairment loss of prepayment of land use rights and other receivables amounting RM7.2million and RM8.8 million respectively, the Group recording a higher loss after tax of RM23.6 million in the current quarter compared to profit after tax of RM2.5 million in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a higher revenue of RM29.2 million for the current quarter compared to RM21.2 million in the preceding quarter, mainly due to higher sales from its property development unit in Penang by RM5.7 million as well as higher volume in FFB sold at higher prevailling FFB price by RM2.3 million from plantation segment recorded in the current quarter. The higher revenue generated resulted in the Group recording a higher profit after tax of RM2.5 million in the current quarter compared to profit after tax of RM0.9 million in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a higher revenue of RM21.2 million for the current quarter compared to RM7.3 million in the preceding quarter, mainly due to increase in sales of its property development unit in Penang by RM10.9 million and higher volume in FFB sold at higher prevailling FFB price by RM3 million recorded in the current quarter. The higher revenue generated resulted in the Group recording a higher profit after tax of RM0.9 million in the current quarter compared to loss after tax of RM2.3 million in the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a lower revenue of RM19.5 million for the current quarter compared to RM21.7 million in the preceding quarter, mainly due to lower income recognition from its sales of its property development in Penang by RM3.5 million despite increase in revenue from Plantation segment by RM1.3 million. As a result of the lower revenue, the Group recorded a loss after tax of RM0.4 million in the current quarter compared to profit after tax RM0.1 million in the preceding quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 2.51 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 21 million and auditor’s remuneration of 275 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a lower revenue of RM3.8 million for the current quarter compared to RM16.0 million in the preceding quarter, mainly due to lower income recognition from its ongoing sales of its property development in Penang, which was affected by the Movement Control Order implemented by the authorities during the current quarter.

The Group recorded a lower loss after tax for current quarter at RM3.4 million compared to RM6.8 million loss in the preceding quarter. The decreased in losses were mainly due to higher income recognition from its ongoing sales of its property development project in Penang, and higher FFB revenue.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.89 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 17.9 million and auditor’s remuneration of 247 thousands
