BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered lower revenue of RM4,495,000 in the current quarter ended 31 May 2024 compared to previous corresponding quarter ended 31 May 2023 of RM4,643,000 as a result of decrease in manufacturing sales. Profit after tax has increased from profit of RM926,000 to profit of RM1,086,000 due to increase in other operating income. Moving Forward, despite facing highly challenging global economic outlook mainly due to the rising crude oil price, continued supply chain disruption and surging unemployment, the Group will continue strengthen its core business segments and maintain healthy cash flow position in facing the various economic challenges.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before tax increased by 49.66% to RM6.55 million in the FYE2023 from RM4.38 million a year ago. The financial year under review has been marked by a significant recovery in our operation activities, driven by the restarting of shelved projects affected during the global lockdown period. The outlook remains challenging for FYE2024. The Group will continue to take proactive measures to ensure the business remains resilient by closely monitoring its liquidity, stable cash flows and capital adequacy, in addition to improving productivity with continuous improvement in the processes to formulate polymeric materials according to customers’ specifications and requirements, including maximising the value of the relationship with our customers and suppliers.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group posted lower revenue in the current quarter of RM4,281,000 as compared to the preceding quarter ended 31 August 2022 of RM5,044,000 representing decrease of RM763,000 due to decrease in manufacturing sales. Profit after tax has decreased from RM1,349,000 to RM648,000 also due to lower manufacturing sales.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group posted higher revenue in the current quarter of RM5,044,000 as compared to the preceding quarter ended 31 May 2022 of RM4,742,000 representing increase of RM302,000 due to increase in manufacturing sales. Profit after tax has decreased from RM2,150,000 to RM1,349,000 mainly due to lower operating income and higher administrative expenses.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group posted higher revenue in the current quarter of RM4,742,000 as compared to the preceding quarter ended 28 Feb 2022 of RM3,627,000 representing increase of RM1,115,000 due to increase in manufacturing sales. Profit after tax has increased from RM399,000 to RM2,181,000 mainly due higher manufacturing sales and other operating income.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group posted higher revenue in the current quarter of RM3,627,000 as compared to the preceding quarter ended 30 Nov 2021 of RM3,359,000 representing increase of RM268,000 due to increase in manufacturing sales. Profit after tax has decreased from RM407,000 to RM399,000 mainly due to lower other income.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group posted lower revenue in the current quarter of RM3,359,000 as compared to the preceding quarter ended 31 Aug 2021 of RM3,409,000 representing decrease of RM50,000 due to decrease in trading sales. Profit after tax has increased from RM391,000 to RM407,000 mainly due to higher other income.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group posted higher revenue in the current quarter of RM3,409,000 as compared to the preceding quarter ended 31 May 2021 of RM3,173,000 representing increase of RM236,000 due to increase in manufacturing sales. Profit after tax has decreased from RM682,000 to RM391,000 mainly due to lower other income and higher administrative expenses.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group posted higher revenue in the current quarter of RM3,337,000 as compared to the preceding quarter ended 30 Nov 2020 of RM3,159,000 representing increase of RM178,000 due to increase in trading sales. Profit after tax has increased from RM427,000 to RM435,000 mainly due to higher revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group posted lower revenue in the current quarter of RM2,817,000 as compared to the preceding quarter ended 31 May 2020 of RM2,932,000 representing decrease of RM115,000 due to decrease in manufacturing sales. Profit after tax has decreased from RM827,000 to RM173,000 mainly due to lower revenue and other income.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 4.05 million. It was very high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 6.6 million and auditor’s remuneration of 90 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group posted lower revenue in the current quarter of RM2.932 million as compared to the preceding quarter ended 29 Feb 2020 of RM3.392 million representing an decrease of RM0.46 million due to decrease in manufacturing sales. Profit after tax has increased from RM0.298 million to RM0.779 million mainly due to higher other income and lower administrative expenses.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group posted higher revenue in the current quarter of RM3,392,000 as compared to the preceding quarter ended 30 Nov 2019 of RM3,357,000 representing an increase of RM35,000 due to increase in manufacturing sales. Profit after tax has decreased from RM537,000 to RM298,000 mainly due to higher administrative expenses and lower other income.
