BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a higher revenue of RM369.98 million in FY2022, an increase of RM31.96 million or 9.5% against the revenue of RM338.02 million in the previous financial year (FY2021). Hence, the Group recorded a higher profit before taxation (“PBT”) of RM56.60 million in FY2022 compared with RM53.61 million in FY2021, an increase of 5.6% or RM2.99 million. Going Forward, The Group will continue to monitor the development of the geopolitics and the country’s economic activities and implement measure to minimise and/or mitigate any impact arising therefrom to the Group’s business, including prudent management of its cash flows to maintain a robust financial health, to remain cost vigilant to improve profitability and to exercise caution in the conduct of its business activities in order to stand resilient against the upcoming risks and challenges. The Group remains steadfast in its continued efforts to grow its top and bottom lines whilst boosting the resilience of its businesses and operations.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower revenue of RM87.78 million in the current quarter ended 31 December 2022 compared with RM89.78 million in the previous quarter ended 30 September 2022. The Group, however, recorded a higher PBT of RM20.58 million compared with RM12.28 million in the previous quarter ended 30 September 2022. The higher PBT was attributable to the change in fair value of other investments of RM9.82 million.

Consequently, the Group recorded a lower PBT of RM12.28 million compared with RM15.85 million in the previous quarter ended 30 June 2022.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a higher revenue of RM106.07 million in the current quarter ended 31 December 2021 compared with RM61.81 million in the previous quarter ended 30 September 2021. Consequently, the Group recorded a higher PBT of RM17.00 million compared with RM8.85 million in the previous quarter ended 30 September 2021. The Group’s previous quarter’s performance was affected by the nationwide lockdown which started from 1 June until mid-August 2021.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower PBT of RM8.85 million compared with RM12.98 million in the previous quarter ended 30 June 2021. The Group’s current quarter’s performance was affected by the nationwide lockdown which commenced from 1 June 2021, as a result of the worsening of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. This has contributed directly to the lower revenue and PBT recorded for the current quarter
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower revenue of RM83.47 million in the current quarter ended 30 June 2021 compared with RM93.26 million in the previous quarter ended 31 March 2021. The lower revenue in the current quarter was mainly due to the imposition of nationwide lockdown from 1 June 2021 as a result of the worsening of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Consequently, the Group recorded a lower PBT of RM12.98 million compared with RM16.44 million in the previous quarter ended 31 March 2021.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The lower revenue in the current quarter were mainly due to lower contribution from trading and services segment. However, the Group recorded a higher PBT of RM16.44 million compared with RM15.34 million in the previous quarter ended 31 December 2020 due to lower operating expenses incurred.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower revenue of RM74.20 million in the current quarter ended 30 June 2020 compared with RM106.82 million in the previous quarter ended 31 March 2020. Consequently, the Group recorded a lower PBT of RM6.93 million compared with previous quarter. The higher revenue and PBT in the previous quarter were mainly due to the disposal of land.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a higher revenue of RM106.82 million in the current quarter compared with RM75.00 million in the previous quarter ended 31 December 2019. The increase in revenue was mainly due to higher contribution from the property development segment arising from the disposal of land. Consequently, the Group recorded a higher PBT of RM19.89 million compared with RM8.84 million in the previous quarter ended 31 December 2019.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower revenue of RM75.00 million in the current quarter ended 31 December 2019 compared with RM82.63 million in the previous quarter. The decrease in revenue was due to lower contribution from the property development segment. Consequently, the Group recorded a lower PBT of RM8.84 million compared with RM9.62 million in the previous quarter.
INVESTING MALAYSIA –
FIAMMA (17 DEC 19) Fiamma Holdings Bhd’s wholly-owned unit, Oaksvilla Sdn Bhd, has entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Amber Land Bhd to dispose of 18 parcels of its leasehold agriculture land in Kota Tinggi, Johor for RM39.21 million.
