BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue for Q3 FY22/23 of RM10.83 million was significantly higher against revenue of RM0.20 million recorded in Q2 FY22/23 which was mainly contributed from the new FSO contract and MRO operation. Accordingly, the LBT for the Q3 FY22/23 has significantly improved as compared to LBT of RM21.81 million recorded in the last quarter, Q2 FY22/23.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
LBT for the Q2 FY22/23 is significantly higher as compared to LBT of RM4.81 million for the last immediate quarter, Q1 FY22/21. This is due to the lower revenue and the impact from the provision of NRV loss and settlement made for the arbitration against PT CMS.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
LBT for the Q1 FY22/23 is lower by 67% as compared to LBT of RM14.63 million for the last immediate quarter, Q4 FY21/22. This is due to the provision for impairment loss on the carrying amount of property, plant and equipment (“PPE”) of RM9.00 million recorded in Q4 FY21/22.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a lower revenue of RM22.24 million compared to RM27.77 million in Q4 FY20/21, mainly due to lower delivery of chemical products. However, the Group made a PBT of RM2.43 million as opposed to LBT of RM3.01 million in the previous quarter which was mainly due to the exceptional item of RM8.54 million (impairment of goodwill).
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a higher revenue of RM27.77 million from RM23.93 million in Q3FY20/21, mainly due to higher delivery of chemical products. However, the Group was loss making in the last quarter mainly due to the exceptional item. Operationally excluding this exceptional item, the Group made higher PBT of RM3.96 million against last quarter of RM1.57 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a higher revenue of RM35.46 million from RM25.65 million in Q1FY20/21, mainly due to higher delivery of chemical products, clearing deferment made by customers in Q1. The increase in revenue boosted PBT to RM1.37 million as compared to LBT of RM3.33 million in the immediate preceding quarter

BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the financial quarter under review, the Group recorded a lower revenue of RM25.65 million from RM82.21 million in Q4FY19/20, mainly due to lower delivery of chemical products that depended on customers’ scheduled usage. The decrease in revenue resulted in LBT of RM3.33 million as compared to PBT of RM2.29 million in the immediate preceding quarter, taking into account the unrealised hedging loss of RM0.94 million recognised in current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the financial quarter under review, the Group’s continuing operations recorded a higher revenue by RM31.33 million from RM50.88 million in Q3FY19/20 to RM82.21million, mainly due to higher delivery of the chemical products as required by customers. Despite the increase in revenue, PBT is recorded lower at RM2.29 million as compared to RM3.32 million in the immediate preceding quarter, after offsetting administration cost and impairment loss on receivables in last quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the current quarter, the Group’s continuing operations recorded a higher revenue of RM8.79 million from RM42.09 million in Q2FY19/20 to RM50.88 million, mainly due to higher delivery of some chemical products in line with higher customers scheduled usage.
