BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group posted RM1.2 million loss after tax in the financial year 2022 compared to RM3.3 million loss after tax in financial year 2021. The improvement on the bottom line was mainly driven by higher revenue and recognition of deferred tax asset. Going Forward, The company is a reviewing the management and business performances of the IT cyber security services and their initiatives and progress in growing the revenue and income base of this business. Besides forming collaboration and working with suitable business partners to promote cyber security services and other consulting services to domestic and overseas markets, it is noted that management also explored, identified, and participated in government tenders, conducted cyber security webinars as well as expanded the services to existing clients.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue was 26.60% lower than immediate preceeding quarter, it was mainly due to a one-off revenue recognition from Cybersecurity segment in immediate preceeding quarter. The Group recorded RM0.69 million loss before tax in the current quarter against RM0.43 million loss before tax in immediate preceding quarter mainly due to professional fee incurred for acquisition exercises.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased by 185.90% from RM2.45 million in immediate preceding quarter to RM7 million in current quarter mainly due to higher revenue recorded from both IT Services – cybersecurity and document storage segment. The Group recorded RM0.43 million loss before tax in the current quarter against RM0.85 million loss before tax in immediate preceding quarter mainly due to higher revenue contribution and higher fair value gain recorded in current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased by 43.3% from RM4.32 million in immediate preceding quarter to RM2.45 million of current quarter mainly due to new contract secured and recognised and in immediate preceding quarter. The Group recorded RM0.85 million loss before tax in the current quarter against RM1.13 million loss before tax in the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to fair value loss recognised in preceding quarter and higher share of assocatie result in current quarter
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased by 7.5% from RM4.01 million in immediate preceding quarter to RM4.32 million of current quarter mainly due to higher revenue recorded from both IT Services – cybersecurity and document management segment. The loss before tax for the quarter under review was higher by 6594% due to lower margin of product mix, higher operating expenses and fair value gain recorded in immediate preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded RM1.42 million loss before tax in the current quarter against RM1.32 million loss before tax in the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to lower share of associate result in current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded RM1.65 million loss before tax in the current quarter against RM2.34 million loss before tax in the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to provision of expected credit loss and loss on disposal of property, plant and equipment recorded in preceding quarter.

Loss before tax for current quarter was higher BY 45.7% mainly due to lower revenue in IT services, delayed in project implemention of Cyber security services and provision of expected credit loss

The Group’s revenue increased by 7% from RM1.15 million in immediate preceeding quarter to RM1.23 million of current quarter, it was mainly due to dividend income and one off revenue recognition on a project. The improved Q2 financial result were mainly contributed by higher revenue and lower operating expenses.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased by 20% from RM1.44 million in immediate preceeding quarter to RM1.15 million of current quarter, it was mainly due to revenue recognised on licenses sold in IT Services in the immediate preceding quarter. The current quarter loss before tax of RM0.94 million was much lower against Q4 2019 of RM3.11 million loss before tax as provision of impairment on goodwill, PPE and IP of RM1.1 million provided in Q4 2019 according to the accounting standard.
