BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a revenue of RM47.61 million as compared to RM49.89 million in the previous year. The Group incurred a profit before tax of RM0.27 million as compared to a loss before tax of RM2.03 million in preceding year. It was mainly generated from our PFI project where we built a JKR training centre for the government. In 2024, we are expanding our business into a new division by providing internet television services through one of our subsidiaries, Panorama Tv Asia Broadcast Sdn Bhd. Panorama TV has inked a partnership with Indonesia’s MNC Group to provide Internet TV though its OTT platform for the Malaysian hospitality. We expect this new division to contribute positively to the Group’s result.

The Group reported a revenue of RM49.89 million as compared to RM39.16 million in the previous year. The Group incurred a loss before tax of RM2.03 million as compared to a loss before tax of RM7.96 million in preceding year. The lower loss before tax reported was due to increased in revenue.

The Group registered a profit after tax of RM1.53 million for the quarter ended 31 December 2019 as compared to profits after taxation of RM0.55 million for the quarter ended 31 December 2018. The group’s low profit after tax is due to the higher finance cost of RM4.87 attributed by scheduled bond interest and expenses in the concessionaire, segment, impairment losses written down and an increase depreciation expenses attributed by the acquisition of 169 units of hotel apartments.

In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 3.16 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 11.2 million and auditor’s remuneration of 155 thousands
