BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group incurred a slightly higher loss before taxation of RM7.8 million during FYE 31 December 2022, which was approximately RM0.4 million or 5.8% higher compared to a loss before taxation of RM7.4 million in the preceding FYE 31 December 2021. The slightly higher loss before taxation in FYE 31 December 2022 was mainly attributed by lower gross profit by approximately RM0.3 million, followed by an increase in administrative expense amounting to approximately RM1.6 million with an offset by lower finance cost amounting to approximately RM1.3 million. Moving forward, the Property Development segment is expected to contribute significantly towards the Group financials, wherein the sales of Phase 1 for the development project on the 62 acres of land (“JVA Development”) later is targeted to commence in 2023 upon completion of earth work and successful sales
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a LBT of approximately RM1.2 million for the quarter ended 30 September 2022, which was approximately RM0.3 million lower as compared to the immediate preceding quarter ended 30 June 2022 of approximately RM1.5 million. The lower LBT for current quarter was mainly due to cost saving in administrative expenses.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a LBT of approximately RM1.5 million for the quarter ended 30 June 2022, which was approximately RM0.2 million higher as compared to the immediate preceding quarter ended 31 March 2022 of approximately RM1.3 million. The higher LBT for current quarter was mainly due to higher spending in administrative expenses.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a loss before taxation (“LBT”) of approximately RM2.5 million for the quarter ended 31 March 2021, which was approximately RM1.5 million lower as compared to the immediate preceding quarter ended 31 December 2020 of approximately RM3.9 million. The lower loss was mainly due to an absence of the year end accrual or provision amounting to approximately RM2.4 million recorded during the immediate preceding quarter and offset by the accrual of finance cost of approximately of RM 1.2 million in the current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered revenue of approximately RM1.4 million, which was approximately RM0.8 million higher as compared to the immediate preceding quarter. The higher revenue was mainly due to the contribution from the IT Hardware (Printers) and Consumable (Printer ink cartridge, toners and drums) via online platform during the MCO/CMCO period.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered revenue of RM0.6 million for the current quarter as compared to preceding quarter ended 31 December 2019 of RM 0.5 million. The higher revenue was mainly contributed by the retailing of IT consumable, imaging products and online sales. The Group recorded a loss before taxation of RM 1.5 million for the current quarter as compared to the preceding quarter of RM4.3 million. The lower loss was mainly due to an absence of provision of director incentive and leave entitlement.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered revenue of RM0.5 million for the quarter ended 31 December 2019 as compared to preceding quarter of RM0.3 million. The higher revenue was mainly contributed by retailing of imaging products. The Group recorded a LBT of RM 4.1 million for current quarter as compared to preceding quarter of RM1.3 million. The higher loss was mainly due to provision of director incentive and leave entitlement, in conjunction with the absence of a pay-out received from Insolvency Malaysia of RM 0.2 million.
