BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue for the current financial year ended 30 June 2024 is 27% lower than the previous financial year’s due to decrease in sales volume as a result of low demand from Africa and Middle East regions. The group Profit before tax were recorded at RM3.90 million or 27% lower than previous financial year in line with the decrease in revenue. Moving Forward, The Group will cautiously continue with its expansion plans for its edible oil division operations. As for the tap and sanitary waredivision, it will strengthen the smart partnership tie-up with property developers to maximize shareholders’ value.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s PAT increase of 40% to RM 166.51 million for the current year from RM119.36 million in the previous year is in line with the increase in revenue in tandem with opportunities to unlock benefits of economies of scale from the strengthening volume. The increased volume has allowed better negotiation with commodity suppliers and logistics partners, which have translated into improved overall margins. Edible Oil Division is focused on broadening its customer reach in diverse markets, optimising cost and operations, and leveraging CRSB’s recent business model restructuring for improving future profits and margins. The Group is undertaking essential enhancements and expansion of Palmtop and CRSB to support anticipated business growth by increasing in-house production capacities. The goal is to achieve a target capacity of 2,000 FCL and 1,000 FCL per month for Palmtop and CRSB respectively by 3rd Quarter FY2025.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue decreased by 12% against Q1FY23 despite the fact that the total sales volume increased by14% in Q2 FY23 as compared to Q1 FY23. This is mainly due to decrease in average RBD Palm Olein prices. The increase in total deliveries is due to increase in demand for cooking oil mainly in Middle East and African regions. The lower container freight rates has also resulted in the increase in demand for period under review. Operating profit increased this Q2FY23 against the preceding Q1FY23 as better margin was traded in Q2 FY23 and lower of the freight costs. The USD/RM average forex rate increased by 2% which resulted in higher realized gain in foreign exchange and derivatives.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue increased 21% against Q4FY22 due to a 26% increase in FCLs exported and over 3%appreciation of the USD against the RM. The almost 40% drop in average olein prices moderated the increase in FCLs exported and USD appreciation versus the RM. Operating margins decreased this Q1FY23 against the preceding Q4FY22 due to higher unrealised and realised forexderivative losses.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue increased by 67% due to the 35% increase in Full Container Loads (FCL) exported, 6% increase in average olein price and 4% strengthening of the USD against the RM. Operating profit increased by 79% as compared to the preceding 3rd quarter because of the increased FCLs exports, higher average prices and the strengthening of the USD against the RM.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Operating profit declined by 24% due to the higher realised forex losses and higher realised & unrealised losses from our derivative forward sales contracts arising from the 0.7% appreciation of the USD against the RM as compared to the preceding 2nd Qtr 2022.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue decreased by 10% due to the over 20% decrease in FCls exported as compared to the preceding quarter which was moderated by an almost 20% increase in average olein prices. Operating and net margins for this quarter improved due to higher selling prices and increased margins from end destination customers as compared to the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue increased by 24% as compared to the preceding quarter due to a 6% higher export of FCLs and 20% increase in olein prices. Operating margins for the current quarter improved due to premium pricing brought on by high demand for immediate deliveries at market destinations.

Operating margins for the current quarter increased by more than 2 times due to higher selling margins, higher demand and favourable olein purchase costs however also moderated by sudden US Dollar spike against the Ringgit Malaysia.
