BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a Profit Before Tax (“PBT”) of RM17.01 million, compared to RM6.72 million loss registered in the previous financial year. The increased in revenue was contributed by Construction Business segment. Moving forward, in Manufacturing and Trading Business, The group plans to improve on their business performance to further enhance the supply chain management, effective management and rationalisation of their manufacturing costs and strategic partnerships in the marketing of their products. While Construction Business, The group focus are on the efforts to replenish and build up the construction order book, and to successfully and smoothly complete the current on-going projects timely as per existing contracts.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The increased in revenue during the current quarter was mainly due to the acceleration of works progress on the existing on-going construction projects, particularly on the Lahad Datu Phase 1 Water Supply System Project and Montage Project. Consequently, the Group recorded an increased in the Profit Before Tax of RM0.44 million from RM5.76 million recorded in the preceding quarter to RM6.20 million in the current quarter, despite a provision made on impairment loss on inventories of RM0.93 million and higher administrative expenses incurred during the current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded Profit Before Tax of RM5.76 million in the current quarter compared to RM1.89 million in the preceding quarter mainly due to the undertaking of the higher profit margin projects, following the acquisition of RYRT International Sdn. Bhd. during the current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded Profit Before Tax (PBT) of RM1.89 million in the current quarter compared to RM0.19 million in the preceding quarter. The higher revenue recorded during the quarter was mainly due to the increase in revenue from the Construction segment from RM23.22 million in the preceding quarter to RM31.06 million in the current quarter, contributed by the newly secured project Lahad Datu Phase 1 Water Supply System as well as the accelerated work progress on the Montage project.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded Profit Before Tax (PBT) of RM0.19 million in the current quarter compared to Loss Before Tax (LBT) of RM2.38 million in the preceding quarter. The higher revenue recorded during the quarter was mainly due to the increase in revenue from the Construction segment by RM21.76 million contributed by the newly secured project i.e Lahad Datu Phase 1 Water Supply System as well as the accelerated work progress on Montage project.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased by 38.1% from RM18.14 million in the immediate preceding quarter to RM11.24 million in the current quarter under review. The decrease in revenue was mainly attributable to the reduction in revenue from the Manufacturing segment which recorded a revenue of only RM9.77 million in the current quarter as compared to RM16.10 million in the preceding quarter. The Group recorded Loss Before Tax (LBT) of RM2.38 million in the current quarter compared toRM0.52 million in the preceding quarter
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded Loss Before Tax (LBT) of RM1.03 Million in the current quarter compared to RM6.18 Million in the preceding quarter. Higher losses in the preceding quarter were mainly due to revision of estimated gross margin of construction projects as well as additional provisions made during the year-end.

The Group’s revenue decreased by 33.1% from RM29.946 Million in the immediate preceding quarter to RM20.035 Million in the current quarter under review. The drop in revenue was mainly attributed to lower revenue of construction operations. The dropped is mainly due to MCO where construction activities have stopped.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 1.1.2019 – 31.12.2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.47 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 10.3 million and auditor’s remuneration of 156 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased by 20.4% from RM37.611 Million in the immediate preceding quarter to RM29.946 Million in the current quarter under review. The drop in revenue was mainly contributed by lower revenue of construction operations which recorded revenue of RM18.240 Million as compared to preceding quarter’s revenue of RM25.415 Million
