BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before tax decreased by 24% from RM66.48 million in previous financial year to RM50.78 million in FY22. This decline is primarily attributed to a 9% decrease in Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) production and a 28% increase in the cost of FFB production due to rising costs of fertilizer and labor. In addition, the contribution from the Power Plant segment also declined due to a 13% decrease in power exports and a 24% decrease in the sales volume of EFB oil. Going Forward, the Group is pursuing ongoing initiatives to achieve greater mechanization and yield improvements wherever possible. These efforts are aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency of the industry to optimize costs and boost profitability.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM8.01 million in the quarter under review as compared to a profit before tax RM20.51 million in the immediate preceding quarter, a decrease in profit of RM12.50 million mainly due to substantial decreases in average selling prices of CPO, PK and FFB by 38%, 37% and 45% respectively.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM20.51 million in the quarter under review as compared to a profit before tax RM18.84 million in the immediate preceding quarter, a increase in profit of RM1.67 million (9%) mainly due to higher contribution from Mill Segment as a result of increase in mill margin from improvement in Mill OER.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM29.01 million in the quarter under review as compared to a profit before tax RM16.79 million in the immediate preceding quarter, an increase in profit of RM12.22 million (73%) mainly due to increase in CPO, PK and EFB Oil average selling price by 17% , 52% and 12% respectively. Power Export to SESB and EFB Oil Sales also increased by 47% and 51% respectively
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM16.79 million in the quarter under review as compared to a profit before tax RM13.76 million in the immediate preceding quarter, an increase in profit of RM3.03 million (22%) mainly due to increase in CPO, PK and FFB Production by 29%, 30% and 16% respectively.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM6.92 million in the quarter under review as compared to a profit before tax RM8.44 million in the immediate preceding quarter, a decrease in profit of RM1.51 million (18%) mainly due to decrease in FFB Production by 34% and a decrease in Mill segment profit as a result of decrease in OER margin and FFB processed.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a Profit before tax of RM7.65 million in the quarter under review as compared to a profit before tax RM6.42 million in the immediate preceding quarter, an increase in profit of RM1.23 million(19%) mainly due to increase in average selling price of CPO and PK by 18% and 10% respectively as well as the increase in FFB production by 9%.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a Profit before tax of RM6.07 million in the quarter as compared to a loss before tax RM0.82 million in the preceding quarter, an increase in profit of RM6.88 million mainly due to increase in FFB Production by 25% and increases in CPO and PK sales by 35% and 24% respectively.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.89 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 27.4 million and auditor’s remuneration of 304 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM0.82 million in the quarter under review as compared to a profit before tax RM2.36 million in the immediate preceding quarter, a decrease in profit of RM3.18 million mainly due to decrease in FFB Production by 27% and a decrease in Mill segment profit as a result of decrease in OER margin and FFB process and CPO Sales by 27% and 31% respectively .
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM2.36 million in the quarter under review as compared to a loss before tax RM0.62 million in preceding quarter, an increase in profit of RM2.98 million mainly due to improvement in CPO, PK and FFB average selling price by 21%, 28% and 13% respectively.
