BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered a significantly higher profit before tax of RM21.42million as compared to RM13.16 million in the financial year ended 31 December 2021 (“FY2021”). The increase in the profit before tax was mainly due to better performance from the Palm Oil Mill segment with higher profit contribution of RM19.02million as compared to RM14.7million in the FY2021 resulting from higher Crude Palm Oil (“CPO”) and Palm Kernel (“PK”) output as well as a higher profit of RM1.88million in the Manufacturing and Trading segment as compared to the loss of RM0.41million in FY2021. The Group will continuously monitor the situation closely and proactively improve any shortcomings discovered. They will also innovate their existing product lines while exploring new opportunities and new markets to sustain and improve their income generating streams.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before tax in the quarter under review was higher at RM7.92million compared to RM4.01million in the immediate preceding quarter, mainly due to the higher profit in the Palm Oil Mill segment as well as the Renewable Energy segment. However, this was partially negated by the loss incurred in the Manufacturing and Trading segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before tax in the quarter under review was higher at RM4.01million compared to RM1.87million in the immediate preceding quarter, mainly due to the higher profit in the Palm Oil Mill segment as well as gains of RM2.39million from the disposal of properties in the Manufacturing and Trading segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before tax in the quarter under review was RM5.04million compared to RM4.94million in the immediate preceding quarter. The higher profit before tax was mainly due to the turnaround of the Manufacturing and Trading segment amidst lower profit in the Palm Oil Mill segment as well as the Renewable Energy segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s profit before tax in the quarter under review was RM1.86million compared to RM1.32million in the immediate preceding quarter. The higher profit before tax was mainly attributed to higher profit in the Palm Oil Mill Segment a well as the Renewable Energy segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded profit of RM1.32million in the quarter under review compared to a loss of RM1.04million in the immediate preceding quarter. The higher profit before tax was mainly attributed to the lower loss incurred in the Manufacturing and Trading segment as well as higher profit in the Palm Oil Mill Segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a loss of RM1.04million in the quarter under review. The loss was mainly attributed to loss incurred by Manufacturing and Trading segment and also lower profit for Palm Oil Mill Segment
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded lower profit before tax of RM0.92million compared to RM1.26million in the immediate preceding quarter. This was mainly attributed to the implementation of the MCO resulting in lower revenue in the manufacturing and trading segment. The segment had recorded a higher loss of RM2.12million compared to a loss of RM1.69million in the immediate preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded profit of RM1.26million in the quarter compared to a loss of RM1.62million in the preceding quarter. This was mainly attributed to the higher profit before tax in the palm oil mill segment of RM1.66million as well as additional profit contribution from renewable energy segment of RM1.43million.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.02 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 22.6 million and auditor’s remuneration of 170 thousands
