The Group recorded a revenue of RM185.2 million and loss before tax of RM3.8 million for financial period ended 30 June 2024 as compared to previous corresponding period FY2023 RM94.8 million and RM122.5 million respectively. The improved performance mainly attributed to higher profit before tax recorded by its property segment of RM17.5 million (FY2023: RM4.3 million), while the construction segment’s LBT improved from RM102.0 million in FY2023 to RM18.7 million recorded in current FY2024. Mving forward, The Group will continue to explore new business opportunities to expand and strengthen the Group’s financial performance amidst the economic headwinds posed by geopolitics, inflation, commodity prices as well as foreign currency fluctuations.
