BURSA MALAYSIA –
Our financial results reflect a Profit before tax of RM20.9 million, 18.7% lower than that of last year mainly attributable to several factors, including market competition, fluctuations in raw material prices and the impact of volatile foreign exchange rates. In the short and medium term, palm oil industry is expected to experience growth, primarily driven by stronger export demand from Asian markets, whereby Indonesia is expected to play a pivotal role in driving the industry’s growth. Our newly established production facility in Indonesia is strategically positioned to capitalize on the expanding palm oil market in the country.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue and PBT in the current quarter increased by 28% and 17% respectively as compared to the preceding quarter due to the delivery of projects with better profit margin in bio-energy segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue and PBT in the current quarter decreased by 11% and 19% respectively as compared to the preceding quarter due to the lower project delivery during the current period in water treatment segment and solar energy segment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter decreased by RM5.06 million to RM70.91 million while the PBT decreased by RM1.98 million to RM7.40 million as compared to preceding quarter. The Government’s movement control during the current quarter has more stringent requirements than the preceding quarter, this has further restricted some of the business operations.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group revenue for the current quarter increased by RM32.30 million, representing an increase of 100.9%, as compared to the preceding quarter after business resumed during the Conditional MCO (“CMCO”) and Recovery MCO (“RMCO”) periods. The PBT has increased by 187.2% in tandem with the increase in revenue.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 5.34 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 21.1 million and auditor’s remuneration of 215 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group revenue for the current quarter decreased by RM27.78 million, representing a decrease of 46.5%, as compared to the preceding quarter due to the limited business operations during Movement Control Orders imposed by goverment to contain COVID-19 pandemic.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group revenue for the current quarter increased by RM6.74 million, representing an increase of 12.7%, as compared to the preceding quarter. The PBT for the current quarter increased by 12.9% as compared to the preceding quarter, in line with the increase of revenue. This was mainly due to the increase in project sales

The Group revenue in the current quarter decreased by RM3.40 million as compared to RM47.45 in the preceding quarter. The PBT in current quarter was RM7.62 million as compared to PBT of RM7.44 in the preceding quarter. The PBT decrease in Bio-Energy Segment was due to the savings from operating expenses while The PBT decrease in Water Treatment Segment was due to decrease in revenue.
