BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a profit before tax of RM33.4 million for FY2024, slightly lower than the corresponding financial year’s profit before tax of RM33.5 million. This slight decline in financial performance was mainly attributed to lower other income and higher expenses relating to employee benefits. The Group anticipates that the business environment in which it operates will remain challenging, hence, our Group’s focus on strategic planning, resource allocation and cost optimisation to ensure the business sustainability and continuity
BURSA MALAYSIA –
In line with the revenue growth, the Group’s profit before tax was RM33.5 million, as opposed to a loss before tax of RM3.9 million. The Automotive segment was the key contributor to the Group’s revenue, having accounted for 57.7%, followed by the Duty Free segment, Property and Hospitality and investment holding and others, which constituted 39.5%, 2.3% and 0.5% of the Group’s revenue, respectively. 2023 is another year where we remain cautiously optimistic with our sights on the opportunities to expand our revenue stream that come our way. The Group will continue to pursue possibilities and explore prospective partnerships and collaborations in order to expand our portfolio in the region
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a higher profit before taxation of RM8.9 million in the current quarter under review as compared to the preceding quarter’s profit before taxation of RM5.0 million mainly contributed from higher revenue of the Duty free segment coupled with higher net gain in foreign exchange amounting to RM5.3 million reported in the current quarter under review as compared to RM4.6 million reported in the preceding quarter ended 31 August 2022.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a lower profit before taxation of RM5.0 million in the current quarter under review as compared to the preceding quarter’s profit before taxation of RM6.3 million in spite of higher recorded revenue was mainly due to lower net gain in foreign exchange amounting to RM0.5 million reported in the current quarter under review as compared to RM4.0 million reported in the preceding quarter ended 31 May 2022.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a profit before tax of RM6.3 million in the current quarter under review as compared to the preceding quarter’s profit before tax of RM2.9 million. The favorable results was largely contributed by higher net gain in foreign exchange amounting to RM4.0 million reported in the current quarter under review as compared to RM0.1 million reported in the preceding quarter ended 28 February 2022.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a profit before tax of RM2.9 million in the current quarter under review as compared to the preceding quarter’s profit before tax of RM2.0 million. The favorable results reported in the current quarter under review was largely contributed by the Duty free segment with its improved revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported a profit before tax of RM2.0 million in the current quarter under review as compared to the preceding quarter’s pre-tax loss of RM13.6 million. The favorable results reported in the current quarter under review was largely due to the cessation of operations of the Group in the preceding quarter due to FMCO

The Group reported a loss before tax of RM13.6 million in the current quarter under review as compared to the preceding quarter’s pre-tax profit of RM4.9 million. The unfavorable results reported in the current quarter under review was largely due to the cessation of operations of the Group due to FMCO
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group incurred a loss before tax of RM7.8 million in the quarter under review as compared to the preceding quarter ended 30 November 2020 pre-tax loss of RM4.5 million. The increase in loss of RM3.3 million registered in the quarter under review was mainly due to recognition of impairment loss on goodwill of RM7.2 million and impairment of property, plant and equipment and right-of-use assets of RM2.1 million
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue for the quarter under review was higher by RM48.5 million as compared to the preceding quarter ended 31 May 2020 of RM57.2 million. The increase in revenue was mainly due to higher revenue reported by the Automotive segment as the factory was in operations for three months in the current quarter under review as compared to only one month of operations in 1QFY2021.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue for the quarter under review was lower by RM157.9 million as compared to the preceding quarter ended 29 February 2020 of RM215.1 million. Significant drop in revenue was due to the Group’s business operations had been adversely affected by the Malaysian government’s imposition of the nationwide MCO since 18 March 2020, followed by the CMCO, to curb the outbreak of Covid-19 in Malaysia.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue for the quarter under review was lower by RM39.3 million as compared to the preceding quarter ended 30 November 2019 of RM254.4 million. The drop was mainly due to lower revenue reported by duty free segment arising from lower demand for certain products.
