For the financial year ended September 2022, revenue increased by 37% due to higher availability of projects amid a slight improvement in the operating environment. As a result of higher revenue and recovery for impairment losses on trade receivables, the Group registered profit after taxation of RM8.6 million against loss after taxation of RM5.3 million for the financial year ended September 2021. Going Forward, The Group has built a strong base and will continue to be vigilant and take all the necessary measures to stay competitive. Over the years, the Group has built a good reputation and established strong goodwill with its clients. Hopefully, it can continue to capitalise on this to assist in securing projects

BURSA MALAYSIA –
Although revenue for the quarter decreased by 15.7% from RM23.7 million to RM20.0 million, the Group achieved a marginal increase in profit after taxation of RM4.9 million versus RM4.3 million in 3Q FY22 largely due to the reversal of impairment losses on trade receivable and improved margin on better product mix.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue grew by 15.7% from RM15.9 million to RM18.4 million and with the write back of provisions for doubtful debts, the Group achieved a profit after taxation of RM1.7 million versus a loss after taxation of RM2.3 million in previous quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue increased by 23.5% from RM14.8 million in 1Q21 to RM18.3 million, while gross profit margin was only marginally lower at 26.4% against 27.1% in the prior quarter. This quarter registered a foreign exchange gain of RM410K as compared to foreign exchange loss of RM344K, together with higher revenue resulted in a profit after tax of RM2.1 million against RM1.0 million in 1Q21.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue decreased by 24.0% from RM19.5 million in 4Q20 to RM14.8 million, while gross profit margin decreased from from 39.6% to 27.1% over the period. This quarter registered a foreign exchange loss of RM344K against RM385K previously. Profit after tax dropped from RM4.0 million last quarter to RM1.0 million for the current quarter mainly due to both lower rerevenue and gross profit
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue decreased by 44.7% from RM27.1 million in 2Q20 to RM15.0 million in 3Q20 as business operations were restricted by the Movement Control Orders imposed by government to contain COVID-19 pandamic. Gross profit margin fell from 14.75% to 8.11% during the period which mainly resulted in the loss after tax of RM1.4 million against a profit after tax of RM0.7 million in 2Q20.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The second quarter revenue of RM27.1 million about the same level as 1Q20 of RM27.8 million, however gross profit margin improved marginally from 14.0% to 14.8% over the period. This quarter registered a foreign exchange gain of RM210K against RM192K loss previously. Consequently, profit after tax improved from RM0.50 million in 1Q20 to RM0.7 million in this quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.1 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 13.6 million and auditor’s remuneration of 110 thousands
