REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 0.85 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 3.8 million and auditor’s remuneration of 143 thousands

The Group recorded a decrease in revenue by RM0.19 million as compared to the preceding quarter and it was mainly due to lower revenue from the electroplating business. The Group recorded an increase in profit before tax by RM0.38 million as compared to the preceding quarter and it was mainly due to the incentive and payout by Singapore Government.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an increase in revenue by RM0.28 million as compared to the immediate preceding quarter and it was mainly due to higher revenue from the electroplating business. The Group recorded a decrease in profit before tax by RM0.09 million as compared to the immediate preceding quarter and it was mainly due to lower interest income from balance of share sale receivable from a related company and higher operational expenses.
