BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded profit of RM4.08 million for the financial year ended 31st March 2023 as compared to a profit of RM2.01 million in the preceding financial year which was mainly due to gain from revaluation of investment property. Financial Year 2023 showed improved performance both for the tenancy and semi-conductor operations. The management will continue its effort in increasing the tenancy, operational efficiency, effective cost management and seek new business opportunities.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an increase in profit before tax by RM1.37 million as compared to the immediate preceding quarter and this was mainly due to higher revenue from the office rental and electroplating businesses, incentive and payout by Singapore Government and gain from striking of a subsidiary.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 0.85 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 3.8 million and auditor’s remuneration of 143 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a decrease in revenue by RM0.19 million as compared to the preceding quarter and it was mainly due to lower revenue from the electroplating business. The Group recorded an increase in profit before tax by RM0.38 million as compared to the preceding quarter and it was mainly due to the incentive and payout by Singapore Government.

The Group recorded an increase in revenue by RM0.28 million as compared to the immediate preceding quarter and it was mainly due to higher revenue from the electroplating business. The Group recorded a decrease in profit before tax by RM0.09 million as compared to the immediate preceding quarter and it was mainly due to lower interest income from balance of share sale receivable from a related company and higher operational expenses.
