BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported revenue of RM94.3 million and Profit Before Tax of RM7.6 million for FY2022, as compared to RM144.1 million revenue and a loss before tax of RM4.8 million in the corresponding period of the previous year. The increased in PBT is mainly impacted by higher GP recorded during the financial year as well as an increase in finance costs by RM0.6 million from the previous financial year. The Group is strengthening its technical competencies as the preparation for more challenging digital technology business pre-requisites in the strategic areas of Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, cyber-security and payment services solution. Venturing with partners/providers will give the Group an added advantage by matching product capabilities between parties involved in the product-line. The management of the Group is committed in steering the Group towards a sustainable business plan and improved financial performance. Moving forward, the Group is positive of the outlook for the FY2023 and will continue with its strategic initiatives.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The higher revenue of RM33.5 million and profit before tax of RM3.7 million in the current quarter was mainly contributed from further recognition of secured contract by Telco division.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The group recorded higher revenue of RM39.6 million in the current quarter compared to RM12.6 in the immediate preceding quarter which was contributed from one-off trading supply of equipment.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The higher loss after taxation in the preceding quarter was mainly due to the derecognition of the deferred tax asset amounting RM3.9 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Higher costs of project delivery and delays in acceptance by customers during the Movement Control Order (MCO) resulted in the minimal gross profit in the current quarter as compared to the preceding quarter. Correspondingly the Group reported a loss from operations of RM2.4 million in the current quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.42 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 21.2 million and auditor’s remuneration of 132 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue and LBT of RM10.016 million and RM0.014 million respectively for the current quarter as compared to revenue and PBT of RM21.954 million and RM10.181 million respectively in the preceding quarter. A reassessment and remeasurement was undertaken on the works delivered as per the project milestones in accordance to the provisions of the MFRS 15, resulting in a higher revenue and profit before taxation in the preceding quarter ended 31/12/2019.
