BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue for the quarter under review had increased as compared to the immediate preceding quarter due to higher contribution from the e-Business Solutions and CyberSecurity segments, with the increase partially offset by decrease in revenue from the e-Logistics segment. The Group recorded an improved profit after tax of RM0.023 million in current quarter under review as compared to the immediate preceding quarter with loss after tax of RM0.358 million mainly due to higher revenue generated and improved gross profit margin from 38% to 44% as a result of economies of scale achieved.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue for the quarter under review had increased as compared to the immediate preceding quarter due to higher contribution from the e-Business Solutions and CyberSecurity segments, with the increase partially offset by decrease in revenue from the e-Logistics segment. The loss after tax recorded in current quarter had reduced from RM1.126 million to RM0.358 million as compared to the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to higher revenue and improved gross profit margin.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Despite the decrease in revenue generated, the loss after tax recorded improved significantly as compared to the immediate preceding quarter mainly because there were impairment of goodwill of RM18.87 million and write off of development expenditure of RM0.444 million recorded in the previous quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue for the quarter under review had decreased as compared to the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to the lower contribution from the e-Business solutions and e-Logistics segments, with the decrease cushioned by the higher revenue from CyberSecurity segment. The loss after tax recorded increased significantly by 99.5% as compared to the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to the impairment of goodwill and write off of development expenditure during the current quarter as listed above.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue for the quarter under review had decreased as compared to the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to the decrease in contribution from the e-Logistics and CyberSecurity segment. Despite the decrease in revenue generated, there was no significant difference in loss after tax recorded as compared to the immediate preceding quarter, mainly due to higher gross margin recorded during the current quarter.

The loss after tax recorded was lower by 11.23% as compared to the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to higher revenue and higher gross margins recorded during the current quarter.

Revenue for the quarter under review had increased as compared to the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to the increase in contribution from the e-Business solutions and CyberSecurity segment. The loss after tax recorded was lower by 32.62% as compared to the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to higher revenue and higher gross margins recorded during the current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM7.160 million as compared to RM5.876 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The increase in reveneu mainly due to the increase in contribution from the e-Logistics segment. The profit after tax was RM0.637 million as compared to a loss after tax of RM1.148 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The higher profit after tax was mainly due to higher revenue recorded, lower expenses incurred and lower provision for doubtful debts.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 1.8 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 5.8 million and auditor’s remuneration of 87 thousands

Revenue for the quarter under review had decreased as compared to the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to the decrease in contribution from the e-Business solutions and e-Logistics segments. The loss after tax was mainly due to lower gross profit recorded for the two said segments and the provision for doubtful debts made during the said quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a revenue of RM6.871 million and PBT of RM0.272 million for current quaretr as compared to revenue of RM6.732 million and PBT of RM0.409 million in the preceding quarter. The increase in revenue mainly due to the increase in contribution from the e-Business solutions and CyberSecurity segments. The lower profit after tax was mainly due to the provision for doubtful debts made.
