    For the current financial year ended 30 June 2024, the group registered revenue of RM8.68 million and PBT of RM3.57 million as compared to revenue of RM34.44 million and LBT of RM2.94 million in the preceding year. A higher profit was mainly due to fair value gain of investment properties. Moving Forward, The Group’s car park business is expected to improve as economic activities recover, though the property oversupply is likely to persist for now. In the short term, the Group will focus on selling unsold units in Kelana Jaya and continuing current projects in Perak. The manufacturing division aims to reduce losses, while the investment division’s rental and car park income are expected to grow as the economy strengthens.

    The Group recorded higher loss before tax of RM8.67m for the 18 months FPE while RM1.13m loss was recorded in the 12 months FYE. The manufacturing and trading division recorded higher loss of RM4.00m as a result of low profit margin arising from low sales quantities and higher production cost. The property & investment holding division recorded a loss
    of RM3.40m due to lower average monthly car park profit. Measures undertaken by the Group to mitigate risks include prudent cost management, hedging of foreign currency exposure, efficient production processes and upgrading of production capabilities and human resource policies on training, recruitment and retention.
