BURSA MALAYSIA –
For the current financial year ended 30 June 2024, the group registered revenue of RM8.68 million and PBT of RM3.57 million as compared to revenue of RM34.44 million and LBT of RM2.94 million in the preceding year. A higher profit was mainly due to fair value gain of investment properties. Moving Forward, The Group’s car park business is expected to improve as economic activities recover, though the property oversupply is likely to persist for now. In the short term, the Group will focus on selling unsold units in Kelana Jaya and continuing current projects in Perak. The manufacturing division aims to reduce losses, while the investment division’s rental and car park income are expected to grow as the economy strengthens.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded higher loss before tax of RM8.67m for the 18 months FPE while RM1.13m loss was recorded in the 12 months FYE. The manufacturing and trading division recorded higher loss of RM4.00m as a result of low profit margin arising from low sales quantities and higher production cost. The property & investment holding division recorded a loss
of RM3.40m due to lower average monthly car park profit. Measures undertaken by the Group to mitigate risks include prudent cost management, hedging of foreign currency exposure, efficient production processes and upgrading of production capabilities and human resource policies on training, recruitment and retention.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM0.82 million in the third quarter 2022, a higher loss of RM0.65 million as compared to a loss of RM0.17 million in the second quarter 2022 mainly due lower profit of the property development division in the quarter under review.

The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM0.17 million in the second quarter 2022, a lower loss of RM1.69 million as compared to a loss of RM1.86 million in the first quarter 2022 mainly due higher profit of the property division in the quarter under review. The property development division recorded a profit of RM0.44 million in the second quarter 2022 as compared to a loss of RM0.54m in first quarter 2022 mainly due to higher sales and progress development.

The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM0.87 million in the third quarter 2021, higher loss as compared to a profit of RM1.43 million in the second quarter 2021 mainly due a dividend income of RM2.6 million from the Group’s investment in New Zealand recorded in the second quarter 2021.

The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM14.78 million in the fourth quarter 2020, a lower loss of RM15.5 million as compared to a loss of RM0.72 million in the third quarter 2020 mainly due the lower operating costs, RM16.3m crystalisation of forex gain on liquidation of overseas subsidiaries, RM1.16m fair value gain of investment properties and lower expenses after cessation of China operation in December 2019 offset by lower car park income due to free parking during MCO, impairment of receivables of RM2.4m and impairment of investment of RM1.43m.

The Group’s revenue of RM6.78 million represents a decrease of RM5.52 million or 45% from the RM12.3 million revenue recorded in the preceding 3 months ended 30 March 2020. The decrease in revenue was mainly due to lower contribution from the projects in Ipoh and due to MCO.

The Group’s revenue of RM12.3 million represents a decrease of 32% from the preceding 3 months ended 31 December 2019. The decrease in revenue was mainly due to the absence of contribution from the Pinnacle project. The manufacturing and trading division recorded a lower revenue as a result of a 20% decrease in sales quantities mainly in March 2020 due to the MCO. As for the property and investment holding division, it is due to lower rental income after cessation of the China operation in December 2019.

In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 4.78 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 14.1 million and auditor’s remuneration of 224 thousands
