BURSA MALAYSIA –
Group profit before tax was RM50.5 million for FY 2022, compared to RM10.0 million for FY21 contributed by gain on disposal of short-term investments, Share of profit from an associate and others. The Company is investing in further consumer journey improvement, supply chain integration, partnerships with strategic players, and consolidation of internal functions to develop new products while enhancing existing ones to meet changing market demands. The Group anticipates continued growth in the near future, driven by rising demand for whole-house solutions that Signature currently provides and continuously improves upon.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM2.9 million for the current quarter compared to a profit before tax of RM2.4 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The increase of RM0.5 million or 18.7% was mainly due to higher profit margin being recognised from project segment and approximately RM3.6 million was contributed by reversal of allowance for impairment losses on trade receivables. In addition, the Glass and Aluminium segment recorded an operating loss with lower profit margin and higher operating overheads.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM2.6 million for the current quarter compared to a loss before tax of RM7.5 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The increase of RM10.1 million or 134.1% was mainly due to higher progress / project revenue being recognized from Aluminium segment and higher project margin from Kitchen and Wardrobe Systems. Besides, there is one off higher net provisional for doubtful debts and assets written-off in the immediate preceding quarter.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 2.47 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 25 million and auditor’s remuneration of 266 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM19.2 million for current quarter as compared to RM26.5 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM7.5 million for the current quarter compared to a profit before tax of RM0.4 million in the immediate preceding quarter. The lower revenue and profit before tax was mainly due to lower project revenue being recognized from Kitchen and Wardrobe segment, higher net provision for doubtful debts and asset written off.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM26.5 million for current quarter compared to RM35.9 million in preceding quarter. The decreased was due to lower project revenue being recognized from Kitchen & Wardrobe segment. The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM0.4 million for current quarter compared to a profit before tax of RM2.5 million in preceding quarter. The decrease was mainly due to lower project revenue being recognized from Kitchen and Wardrobe segment and operating overheads of a new subsidiary.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue of RM35.9 million and PBT of RM2.5 million for current quarter compared to revenue of RM24.4 million and LBT of RM0.6 million in preceding quarter. The increased in revenue as a result of higher project revenue being recognized from Kitchen & Wardrobe segment and inclusion of new reporting subsidiary SFT. The increase was mainly due to higher revenue recorded for the current quarter as well as an increased in other income from write back of provision for doubtful debts and interest income.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.46 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 21.9 million and auditor’s remuneration of 246 thousands
