BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded its revenue and profit after tax of RM 294.98 million and RM 2.99 million respectively for the financial year ended 30 June 2024 as compared to the revenue of RM 274.82 million and profit after tax of RM 4.62 million for the preceding financial year. The increase in revenue of RM 20.16 million was mainly due to increase in revenue from projects in construction industries while decrease in profit after tax of RM 1.63 million was mainly due to increase of project financing cost. Moving forward, The Group will emphasize on leveraging on group synergies to explore and broaden its customers base and products in offering civil construction, structural steel, piping and architectural works for projects and plants expansion with improved project management and execution plan while maintaining its business in pressure vessel fabrication.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a decrease in profit after tax of RM 0.53 million as compared to last financial year ended 30 June 2022 mainly due to lower project profit margin in certain projects resulting to marginal decrease in net result. Looking ahead, the Group will step up its market effort for business opportunities in civil construction, structural steel and piping works for projects and plants expansion while remain focus on our existing business in pressure vessel fabrication. Meanwhile, the Group will continue enhancing its competitiveness via its project and resources management in achieving efficient cost
control and optimization.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered revenue and profit before tax for the Current Quarter at RM 63.58 million and RM 1.23 million respectively as compared to the immediate preceding quarter ended 30 June 2022 revenue and profit before tax of RM 71.45 million and RM 1.40 million respectively. The lower profit after tax was mainly attributable by low revenue and gross profit of the current quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The profit after tax of RM 5.15 million had improved as compared with the profit after tax of RM 2.61 million for the FYE2021. The significant improvement in FYE 2022 for both revenue and profit after tax were mainly due to higher project revenue and profit from food, glove and oil and gas industries. Measures are taken to strengthen its project management by leveraging on group synergy with MIE Industries Sdn. Bhd. group in engineering, civil construction, mechanical, structural steel, electrical, instrument and piping works projects while remain focus on its core business in pressure vessel fabrication to improve quality, productivity and cost optimization so as to stay competitive under the adverse market conditions.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered revenue and profit before tax for the Current Quarter at RM 43.88 million and RM 1.07 million respectively as compared to the immediate preceding quarter ended 31 December 2021 revenue and profit before tax of RM 48.92 million and RM 1.72 million respectively. The decrease in revenue was mainly due to decrease in revenue contribution from oil & gas industries whereas the increase in operating expenses resulted in lower profit recorded.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered revenue and profit before tax for the Current Quarter at RM 48.92 million and RM 1.72 million respectively as compared to the immediate preceding quarter ended 30 September 2021 revenue and profit before tax of RM 30.03 million and RM 0.76 million respectively. The increase in revenue of RM 18.89 million and profit before tax of RM 0.96 million was mainly contributed by the revenue recorded from projects in oil & gas and rubber glove industries.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded its revenue and profit after tax of RM 93.60 million and RM 2.61 million respectively for the FYE2021 as compared with the revenue of RM 73.08 million and profit after tax of RM 3.26 million for the FYE2020. Profit before tax improved mainly due to increase in revenue and contribution from other income. the Group will continue with its strategy to enhance corporate branding value via quality products, timely delivery, sustainable practices and innovation. It will leverage on group synergy strategy with MIE Group to broaden its customers base and products in offering Civil construction, Structural and Architectural works for projects and plants expansion while remain focus on its core business and products by retaining key customers and products
BURSA MALAYSIA –
While the revenue showed an improvement of 3.16% of RM 0.58 million, the loss before tax increased by RM 1.86 million mainly due to some projects registered project cost overrun and lower project profit margin as a result of increasing stiff market conditions arising from the negative impact of the prolonged of COVID-19 pandemic.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The revenue showed an improvement of 21.31% of RM 3.22 million and the loss before tax increased by RM 1.97 million from profit before tax RM 0.15 million to loss before tax RM 1.82 million. The decrease in revenue and the current quarter loss were mainly due to lower projects margin recorded in projects completed as a result of increasing stiff market conditions arising from the adverse impact of the resurgence of Covid-19 pandemic outbreak.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 0.87 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 15.9 million and auditor’s remuneration of 129 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue and profit before tax at RM 17.18 million and RM 1.37 million respectively as compared to the preceding quarter ended 31 March 2020 revenue and profit before tax of RM17.51 million and RM0.43 million respectively. The improvement in results mainly due to completion of project with better profit margin and recognition of deferred tax assets.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered revenue and profit after tax for the Current Quarter at RM 17.51 million and RM 0.43 million respectively as compared with the immediate preceding quarter ended 31 December 2019 (”2QFY2020”) of revenue and profit after tax of RM18.76 million and RM0.40 million respectively. Although there was a slight drop in revenue of 6.66%, the Group still showed positive results due to improvement of other income and reduction in operation expenses.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group registered revenue and profit after tax for the Current Quarter at RM 18.76 million and RM 0.40 million respectively as compared with the preceding quarter ended 30 September 2019 of revenue and loss after tax of RM19.15 million and RM0.33 million respectively. Although there was a drop in revenue, the Group showed positive result due to improved project profit margin and reduction in factory overhead cost.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1.13 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 17 million and auditor’s remuneration of 109 thousands
