BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a 7.7% increase in revenue to RM 44.1 million for the 1st quarter ended 30 September 2020 from RM 40.9 million in the preceding quarter. The increase in turnover was mainly due to the aggressive sales performance from the oversea subsidiary in the current quarter under review.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 0.87 million. It was slightly low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 21.1 million and auditor’s remuneration of 212 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a 20.0% increase in revenue to RM 40.84 million for the final quarter ended 30 June 2020 from RM 34.03 million in the preceding quarter. The increase in turnover was mainly due to the aggressive sales performance from the oversea subsidiary in the current quarter under review.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded revenue and loss before tax of RM34.03 million and RM2.56 million respectively for quarter ended 31 March 2020 as compared to revenue and loss before tax of RM 36.16 million and RM0.89 million respectively in the preceding quarter. The decrease in turnover was mainly due to the lower sales performance from the local subsidiary. The loss before tax was mainly due to the higher operation costs and intense competition in the domestic market resulted to weaker performance from the local subsidiaries.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a 5.2% decrease in revenue to RM 36.16 million for the second quarter ended 31 December 2019 from RM 38.13 million in the preceding quarter. The decrease in turnover was mainly due to the lower sales performance from the oversea subsidiary. The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM0.89 million for current quarter as compared to a loss before tax of RM 0.82 million generated in the preceding quarter. The higher loss was mainly due to lower sales.

In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 1 million. It was slightly low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 21.8 million and auditor’s remuneration of 209 thousands
