BURSA MALAYSIA –
Profit before tax of RM9,101,000 was recorded compared to pre-tax profit of RM1,523,000 in the immediate preceding quarter. This was largely attributable to better underwriting results from lower net claims incurred and reduction in operating expenses.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Group revenue was RM74,036,000 compared to RM85,871,000 reported in the immediate preceding quarter. The decrease in revenue was primarily due to lower gross earned premium and lower income from IT services.

Group revenue was RM85,871,000 compared to RM77,030,000 reported in the immediate preceding quarter. The increase in revenue was primarily due to higher gross earned premium in insurance segment and higher income from IT services.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The IT segment’s revenue from external parties decreased by RM2,604,000 to RM2,847,000 for the current quarter compared to the preceding quarter. This was mainly due to lower income from IT services. A higher pre-tax loss of RM3,987,000 was reported for the current quarter as compared to a pre-tax loss of RM1,166,000 in the preceding quarter which resulted from decrease in revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Insurance segment’s revenue decreased by RM2,099,000 to RM74,111,000 for the current quarter compared to the preceding quarter. The decrease was primarily due to lower gross earned premium. However, loss before tax was RM95,000 for the current quarter as compared to a pre-tax profit of RM17,732,000 in the preceding quarter. This was largely due to lower underwriting results principally from higher net claims incurred and absence of profit commission earned.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 0.37 million. It was low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 19.4 million and auditor’s remuneration of 270 thousands
