BURSA MALAYSIA –
The group’s PBT for the financial year ended 30 June 2024 is at RM253.9 million against RM124.3 million for the corresponding period of FY23. The higher PBT for the financial year-to-date under review was due to the reversal of the Executive Share Scheme provision, better exchange rates and higher interest income. Going forward, with the global demand for electric vehicles, artificial intelligence chips and data centres continuing to rise, the Board is optimistic that our business will benefit positively from this uptrend. The Group will continue to innovate on advanced packaging capabilities and enhance customer service while implementing operational efficiency measures to contain costs.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
the Group recorded PBT of RM109.9 million as compared with RM115.4 million for the preceding quarter. Revenue grew marginally, however, PBT for the quarter under review was slightly lower due to higher operating cost. Revenue for the USA and Europe segments were higher by 1% and 2% respectively while Asia was flat against the preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue for the quarter under review was RM608.0 million against the preceding quarter of RM584.5 million with the Asia, USA and Europe segments recording higher revenue by 3%, 11% and 2% respectively. The Group recorded PBT of RM115.4 million as compared with RM112.6 million for the preceding quarter. The higher PBT for the quarter under review was mainly due to higher revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded PBT of RM112.6 million as compared with RM96.0 million for the preceding quarter. The higher PBT for the quarter under review was mainly due to higher revenue and the strengthening of the US Dollar against the Ringgit Malaysia.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue recorded for the quarter under review was RM526.6 million against the preceding quarter of RM483.9 million with the Asia, USA and Europe segments recording higher revenue by 7%, 10% and 13% respectively. The Group achieved PBT of RM97.4 million compared with RM91.1 million for the preceding quarter. The higher PBT for the quarter under review was mainly due to higher revenue.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 8.29 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 405.3 million and auditor’s remuneration of 183 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the current quarter was RM405.5 million against the preceding quarter of RM376.3 million. The Group recorded PBT of RM62.5 million as compared with RM34.2 million for the preceding quarter. The higher PBT for the quarter was mainly due to higher revenue and lower operating cost.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for current quarter was RM376.3 million against the preceding quarter of RM413.8 million, the lower revenue was arising from seasonal factor and the effect of the convid-19 and safety protocols taken by the Group’s manufacturing facilities. The Group recorded PBT of RM34.2 million as compared with RM65.5 million for the preceding quarter. The lower PBT was mainly due to lower revenue.
