BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue for 3QFY20 improved by 14% against 2QFY20, contributed by higher advertising revenue as a result of increased business activity following implementation of the nationwide Recovery Movement Control Order from 10 June 2020. The Group recorded a profit before tax of RM18.9 million in 3QFY20 compared to a loss before tax of RM17.1 million in 2QFY20.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue for Q2FY20 of RM236.3 million remained flat compared to Q1FY20 revenue of RM238.4 million as the reduction in advertising revenue during Q2FY20 was offset by higher non-advertising revenue, driven by the increase in home shopping revenue.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 3.13 million. It was low compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 426.5 million and auditor’s remuneration of 1583 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group reported revenue and LBT of RM238.44 million and RM28.66 million respectively for the current quarter ended 31 March 2020, compared to revenue and LBT of RM239.10 million and RM40.86 million respectively in preceding quarter. The Group’s revenue declined was impacted by lower advertising revenue. However, the Group’s revenue improved by 12% and 24% respectively mitigating the decline in overall revenue. The LAT was contributed from cost management initiatives by the Group.
