For FY2022, we reported a PAT of RM652.9 million and an EBITDA of RM1.1 billion. As of 30 June 2022, our total assets were approximately at RM5.5 billion and shareholders’ funds stood at about RM2.2 billion. These robust results are due to the addition of the recently acquired assets as well as the increase in oil and gas prices over the course of FY2022. The PM3 CAA PSC contains a number of opportunities for further development and exploration. HML is working diligently with partners PETRONAS Carigali Sdn Bhd (PETRONAS Carigali) and PetroVietnam Exploration Production Corporation (PVEP) to define
and high grade these projects. . Increased continuous maintenance activities will improve facilities uptime and drilling of additional oil production and water injection wells are projected to contribute additional production.
