BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an increase in gross profit of RM3.34 million (equivalent to 8.0%) and in profit before tax of RM0.35 million (equivalent to 1.3%) for FYE 2022 in line with the increase in revenue, coupled with the marginal increase in gross profit margin. The Group will continue to strive hard to pursue sales while taking steps to address the market uncertainties and challenges. In addition, driven by the encouraging performances shown by our Metal Stamping and E&E Engineering Divisions post theirr acquisitions, the Group will continue to seek and explore potential opportunities for acquisitions and collaborations in order to enhance their profitability. In this regard, the Group has acquired into JusEV in March 2023 and this provides the Group with the opportunity to venture into the EVSE industry.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased by 19.1% from RM47.41 million in the immediate preceding quarter (“Q2 FYE 2022”) to RM56.46 million in Q3 FYE 2022 mainly due to the higher revenue recorded by our Trading, Metal Stamping and E&E Engineering businesses as a result of pent-up demand as well as improving market conditions. In line with the increase in revenue, the Group recorded higher profit before tax in Q3 FYE 2022 by 27% compared to Q2 FYE 2022.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue remained relatively unchanged at RM47.41 million in Q2 FYE 2022 when compared to RM47.11 million in the immediate preceding quarter (“Q1 FYE 2022”). However, the Group recorded a higher profit before tax of RM5.76 million in Q2 FYE 2022 when compared to RM4.44 million in Q1 FYE 2022. The higher profit before tax was mainly contributed by the higher gross profit margin / gross profit recorded by our Metal Stamping business.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased by 45.5% from RM44.15 million in the immediate preceding quarter to RM64.24 million in Q4 FYE 2021, mainly due to higher revenue contribution from our Trading, MHS Solutions, Metal Stamping and E&E Engineering businesses, with the relaxation of some of the Covid-19 pandemic measures by our Government in Q4 FYE 2021. Arising from the increase in revenue, the Group’s profit before tax increased by 38.3% from RM6.29 million in Q3 FYE 2021 to RM8.70 million in Q4 FYE 2021.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue decreased by 21.1% from RM55.99 million in the immediate preceding quarter to RM44.15 million in the current quarter under review mainly due to the lower revenue recorded by our Trading and MHS Solutions businesses. In line with the lower revenue, the Group recorded lower profit before tax in the current quarter under review.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded an increase in profit before tax of 71.6% from RM4.26 million in the immediate preceding quarter to RM7.31 million in the current quarter under review as resulting to the increase in revenue, coupled with the higher gross profit margin recorded by the Trading business
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue showed a marginal decrease of RM1.37 million (equivalent to 3.2%) for the current quarter under review as compared to that of the immediate preceding quarter, mainly due to lower revenue recorded by our Metal Stamping business, which was affected by the imposition of the movement control order. In line with the decrease in revenue, the Group recorded a decrease in profit before tax of RM1.56 million (equivalent to 26.8%) for the current quarter under review as compared to that of the immediate preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue increased by 83.6% in the current quarter under review against the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to the revenue contribution from MTL and higher revenue recorded by our Trading segment. In line with the higher revenue, coupled with the bargain purchase gain, the Group recorded higher profit before tax in the current quarter under review against the immediate preceding quarter.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group recorded a marginal increase in revenue of 1.6% in the current quarter under review in the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to the increase in revenue contribution from our Manufacturing Division and Trading Division in the current quarter. The Group’s profit before tax increased by 3.6% in the current quarter under review in the immediate preceding quarter mainly due to lower expenses incurred and higher other income, but this was partly offset by lower gross profit arising from lower margins
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue showed an increase of RM0.6 million (equivalent to 3.2%) for the current quarter under review as compared to that of the immediate preceding quarter, mainly due to higher sales orders for our products in the trading segment from the oil and gas industry.
