BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s loss before tax for the third quarter ended 30 September 2022 was RM8.5 million as compared to a profit before tax in the preceding second quarter ended 30 June 2022 of RM6.1 million was mainly due to the higher operation cost in Property division for the completion of Country Heights Damansara water tank and water reticulation system in order to handover to Air Selangor and unrealised loss on foreign exchange for foreign loan.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2021 was RM13.3 million compared to the preceding third quarter ended 30 September 2021 of RM70.6 million and the Group’s loss before tax for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2021 was RM4.2 million as compared to a profit before tax in the preceding third quarter ended 30 September 2021 of RM22.1 million mainly due to the revenue contributed from the sale of land located at CH Damansara preceding the third quarter ended 30 September 2021
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the third quarter ended 30 September 2021 was RM70.6 million compared to the preceding second quarter ended 30 June 2021 of RM8.4 million and the Group’s loss before tax for the third quarter ended 30 September 2021 was RM22.1 million as compared to a loss before tax in the preceding second quarter ended 30 June 2021 of RM4.7 million.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2020 was RM10.8 million compared to the preceding third quarter ended 30 September 2020 of RM7.9 million and the Group’s loss before tax for the fourth quarter ended 31 December 2020 was RM22.3 million as compared to a loss before tax in the preceding third quarter ended 30 September 2020 of RM5.2 million was mainly due to the fair value adjustment of RM11.7 million on the investment properties.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for the second quarter ended 30 June 2020 was RM17.7 million compared to the preceding first quarter ended 31 March 2020 of RM11.2 million as the business for all segments have been disrupted by Movement Control Order (MCO) imposed by the Malaysian government during by the Second Quarter 2020 to curb the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue for 1Q2020 was RM11.2 million compared with a revenue 4Q2019 of RM27.1 million and the Group’s loss before tax for 1Q2020 was RM9.1 million as compared with a profit before tax in the 4Q2019 of RM23.0 million.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 2.57 million. It was fair compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 36.5 million and auditor’s remuneration of 296 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
The Group’s revenue fo the year ended 31 December 2019 increased to RM93.1 million from RM90.6 million for the year ended 31 December 2019 due to Grand Wellness Hunb and Car City Divisions. The Group recorded a loss before tax of RM35.3 million as compared to a profit before tax of RM104.9 million in the same period of the preceding year. The higher profit in previous quarter due to the fair value adjustment of RM117.1 million on investment properties.
