In Financial Year End 2020, the directors’ remuneration was 3.09 million. It was high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 31 million and auditor’s remuneration of 98 thousands
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue for the current quarter was RM16.40 million which is 17.46% lower than the immediate preceding quarter due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the Movement Control Order which resulted in the compulsory closure of departmental stores and boutiques. The Group posted a profit before tax of RM1.66 million compared to loss before tax of RM3.79 million mainly due to Hari Raya Festive Sales and austerity cost measures taken by the Group in the current quarter under review.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue for current quarter ended 31 March 2020 was RM19.87 million which is RM10.19 million or 33.89% lower than that of the preceding quarter of RM30.06 million. The decrease in revenue was due to COVID-19 pandemic and the MCO which resulted in compulsory closure of departmental stores and boutiques. The Group posted a LBT of RM3.79 million for the current quaretr compared to the preceding quarter PBT of RM1.31 million. The Loss before tax was mainly due to a reduction of revenue.
BURSA MALAYSIA –
Revenue for current quarter ended 31 December 2019 was RM30.06 million which is RM10.17 million or 51.13% higher than the preceding quarter of RM19.89 million. This higher revenue was due to the Christmas holiday season and year-end school holidays. The Group posted a Profit before tax of RM1.31 million for current quarter compared to the preceding quarter Loss before tax of RM2.80 million. The Profit before tax was mainly due to higher sales and better profit margin.
REMUNERATION STUDY –
In Financial Year End 2019, the directors’ remuneration was 3.16 million. It was slightly high compared to average in listed companies, considering the employees’ remuneration of 33.4 million and auditor’s remuneration of 108 thousands
